As a production employee you will work 40 hours a week in the 3-shift system in the Tilburg region. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself as an operator and can count on a starting salary of €3,000 gross per month including shift allowance.

• Prospect of permanent employment;
• Salary starting from approximately €3,000, including a shift allowance of 21.5%
• A full-time working week of 40 hours in 3 shifts;
• The opportunity to develop yourself into an operator;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• 25 vacation days per year.

As a production employee you are responsible for carrying out various production and packaging activities in the mixing and packaging departments. You play an essential role in ensuring the quality of the products by carefully following work instructions and procedures. You work together with your team under the leadership of an Operator and ensure that production processes run smoothly. Cleaning the machines is also part of your duties.

Our client specializes in mixing and (re)packaging of powder food ingredients. They are a family business founded in 1951 and opened their doors in Tilburg in 2020. In their production facility they work with advanced systems and follow the highest standards. Their products meet strict criteria such as gluten-free, allergen-free, Kosher and Halal.

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Experience in a production environment; 
• You speak the Dutch or English language;
• You live in the Tilburg area.
